CSP Productions, already a fan of Robe’s Colorstrobes has taken delivery of an additional 80 units bringing to total 120 units of the fixture in its inventory.

“The Colorstrobes are fantastic fixtures. We have used them for the F1 2016 event main stage, where artistes like Imagine Dragons performed. The impact was superb – mixing bright white flashes of strobing with colour, created an interesting visual spectacle,” said Kenny Heng, Managing Director, CSP Productions.

The additional fixtures will come in handy as the entire 120 units Colorstrobe inventory is planned to be used by Lighting Designer Javier Tan (LD for Chingay 2017) at the upcoming 2017 Chingay procession in Singapore, that will be held on the 10th and 11th of February. An Additional 60 units of BMFL WashBeam, 218 units of BMFL Blade and 60 units of Robin 600 LedWash will also be featured during the Chingay 2017.

Chingay is traditionally held during the Chinese New Year period and is also the largest street performance and float parade in Asia.

Robe’s Colorstrobe adds colour to blinding strobing sequences where white flashing with colourful backgrounds or continuous bright light output with coloured animations can be achieved.

The Colorstrobe is controllable, conflgurable and arrayable. Super fast bursts of high powered pulses can be adjusted in frequency, duration and intensity, optically harnessed from the 120x High Power RGBW chips. Easy to rig individually or in multiples and easy to program, using direct segment control or the pre-deflned macros. Fitted with the standard Robe RNS touch screen system with DMX, RDM, Art-Net, MA Net and sACN protocols. Optional wireless DMX module is also offered.
